What are your delivery costs?

Postage is FREE for all Australian deliveries over $100 and delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10 for all deliveries of products valued at $99.99 or under. All items will be delivered via either Australia Post or our courier (delivery times vary depending on location). This service includes tracking. All items (once confirmed as in stock) are usually shipped within 2-3 days (delays of up to 5 business days are presently being experienced due to COVID-19). Items needing a special order may take weeks to be shipped so please contact us prior to ordering. Please note that some regional areas may experience longer shipping times. What are your delivery times?

Once stock is confirmed as available all items will be shipped after 11th January 2023. Due to the current COVID situation there is an approximately 4 week wait on all Garmin orders. Processing times for in stock orders is usually between 1-5 business days (note the current COVID situation has extended this time out to approximately 4 weeks). We usually ship items within 3-7 business days of receiving your order and you will usually receive your goods within 5-10 business days. Note that shipping times to some regional and rural areas are longer, please contact us for more information (additional delays of up to 30 business days are presently being experienced due to COVID-19). If you need your items more urgently, please contact us on (03) 9708 2149 to discuss your requirements.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, at this stage we only deliver within Australia.

Can I pick up my items?

We are currently experiencing delays in receiving stock and some items are unable to be shipped / picked up for a number of weeks. Yes! If you live locally and would like to pick up your items please contact us via phone or email prior to purchasing to discuss. Items are only available for pick up at our Carrum Downs office from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm by appointment only. Should you require pick up outside of these times, or would like to pick up your item from our workshop please contact the office on (03) 9708 2149 to discuss your requirements.

When will my item be ready for pick up?

Before you come to pick up your order please wait for email confirmation from us that your items have arrived. Pick up is usually available 3-7 business days (however there can be delays of up to 30 business days) after you place your order. Can I get my item urgently?

Do you have a showroom?

Please call us on (03) 9708 2149 to make a time for one of staff members to come and see you or meet with you on your vessel or at our workshop to discuss products that would be most suited to your vessel. NOTE: Due to COVID-19 all appointments will conducted via phone, zoom or facetime.

I can't find the product I need. Can you source it?

If there is a marine product that you have seen, but you can't find it on our website, please contact us directly with the details and we try to source it for you.

Where can I get more information about products?

Can you install my Marine products?

Yes! You can either bring your vessel to our workshop or we can come to you at any marina in metropolitan Melbourne or Victoria. For more information about our marine mechanical and electrical services please visit www.coastlinemarine.com.au

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Please choose carefully as Coastline Marine does not allow for the return of a product for change-of-mind and will only return a product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Should you need more information about a product please feel free to contact us prior to your purchase and we can provide you with advice. Please review our terms and conditions prior to purchasing, which can be found by the link at the bottom of each page of this website.
